Settings > Manage Company > Payments
The Booking Space uses Stripe as its payment gateway. Stripe is a secure, global payment platform that enables quick and easy Credit Card payments through the website. To accept payments, you will need to set up a Stripe account and enter your details. This means that The Booking Space does not need to retain your bank details.
1. Click the 'Connect with Stripe' button.
2. You will be redirected to the Stripe website to complete your registration.
3. Once you have completed registration, you will be redirected back to The Booking Space. If registration has been successful, you will see this screen:
Your Stripe and Payment setup is now complete. You can disconnect from Stripe and end your relationship with The Booking Space at any point by clicking 'Disconnect Stripe'.
For Trial Users
If you are currently on a free trial in The Booking Space, your connection with Stripe will be in 'Test Mode'. The Stripe signup process makes this very clear:
When your free trial ends, you will need to 'Connect with Stripe' again. You can use the same account you created with Stripe initially and all you will need to do is sign in to your Stripe account.
