Settings > Manage Assets > Add Asset
Assets are your physical items. You can one or more Assets per Asset Type. For example, you could have 10 Mobility Scooters. Each Asset will need to be added separately with its own reference. This is how The Booking Space calculated whether you have enough items (Assets) to fulfil a customer's booking.
1. Click 'Add New Asset'.
2. Enter the details of the Asset.
'Location', 'Type' and 'Name' are required fields. Select a Location and a Type for this asset. The 'Name' of the Asset is the name displayed in the system. This can be anything you want to identify the item. A common example would be to describe the item by manufacturer or model. For example, you may have ten Mobility Scooters but five are Model A and 5 are Model B.
